Using RSS

RSS feeds can be read using software called a 'RSS reader', 'feed reader', or 'aggregator', which can be web-based, desktop-based, or using a mobile device. Modern web browsers can handle RSS directly (just enter in the RSS URL). More information on RSS is available at Wikipedia.

To specify an option such as 'channel' or 'user' use something like:

http://www.nwontario.net/RSS/channel:all ( Replace 'channel' with the channel name )
http://www.nwontario.net/RSS/all:username (Replace 'username' with the user name )

To specify both channel and user name, use something like:

http://www.nwontario.net/RSS/channel:username

Channel is always first then username, if you get this backwards it will show no results.
If you misspell or enter in a non-exsistant channel and/or user name it will also show no results.
